I made another car seat blanket this year. It was in the colors that matched the infant car seat the baby would be using.

Diagonal Filet Pink Baby Hat

This is a pink baby hat I made with my favorite terry yarn. It has a diagonal filet pattern around the hat.

Kelly Green Newborn Hat

I was blessed to have a chance to make another hat for another sweet new addition. This time I used a kelly green yarn and did a 3x3 filet square pattern around the hat. He sure makes the hat look awful cute!

Newborn Hats

I made two hats for a couple who waited until birth to learn whether they were having a boy or a girl. I was 99% sure it was a boy so I made a blue one first. Then I made a ruffled purple one in case it was a girl. You can see which one was used! ;)

Car Seat Blanket

I made a car seat blanket in John Deere colors. It is the first one I have made and it turned out well!

Neutral Cocoon Set

This is another cocoon set I made. It is neutral for a couple who decided to wait until birth to learn the sex of their baby. I took pictures with a ribbon and bow to show how it could be used for a girl.

Baby Cocoon and Hat

This is a cocoon set that I made out of a blue bouclé yarn.

Bamboo Baby Hat

I made this soft bamboo baby hat in a natural color to match the going home outfit of this sweet new baby.

School Colors

This is a hat that I made for a high school student. He wanted a hat in his school colors to wear for the football games. I let him design the stripes the way he wanted them. I have already had another student ask for one after seeing this one.

Baby Cocoon

I have seen several of these baby cocoons with matching hats used as props for photographers. I thought it was a cute idea and decided to make one for our newest addition in the family. I made it with a boucle yarn which is very soft. It is made in a color called Edwardian which has been used in a few of my other projects.

Stripped Terry Hat

This is a stripped baby hat that is made with

blue, yellow, white and green terry yarn.

Homespun Baby Hat

This is a beautiful little hat that is made from the Homespun bouclé yarn. The color name is carnation (it is a light pink and white mix). This hat measures 14 inches around, which puts it as a newborn - 3 month size hat.

Blue/ Brown Camo Baby Hat

This is a new hat that I have made. It is made with a very soft baby yarn that is variegated in shades of blues and browns. It is in a 3-6 month old size.

Diaper Cake

I just completed a diaper cake for our church. This was made as a gift for one of our extended church family members. It was my first attempt and I believe it turned out quite well. I did not use much decoration since I know that the recipient did not need things like toys, bottles, blankets, etc.

These are the items I used:
Pampers Size 1 diapers
Charger (for base)
3 different ribbons (white satin, blue/yellow plaid, and blue)
Lion snuggle blanket
4 wooden animals (elephant, monkey, lion, & giraffe)
4 pacifiers (2 blue and 2 yellow)
Diaper pins

Boucle Scarf

I made a scarf to match a hat that I had previously made (link). I made it long and slightly narrower to make it easier for the European Loop style. It is a white bloucle style yarn.

Hair Bow Holder C

This is another hair bow holder that I made recently. The background color is Baby Pink with the leaves in Fresh Foliage and Kelly Green. The ribbon is a green gingham.

Edwardian Hat

I made a hat from the same yarn as I used for the Edwardian Scarf. I crocheted the hat with a half-double crochet stitch.

Ode to Joy

This is a hat that I made for my friend. I just completed it today. It is made from a cream boucle yarn.

Ruffled Terry Hat

I made a hat for a friend of mine who is expecting any day now. This is the same as my other terry yarn hats, but with the ruffle edge like I did on an earlier hat (link). It is not quite as visible in the picture, but in person I think it looks really nice.
